Should you choose to partner with KLM Real Estate, we will ensure that the process will be swift, simple, and efficient.
Guaranteed Rent
Your rent will be guaranteed every month for a period up to 5 years, even if your property or rooms are empty.
We will Refurbish Your Property, If Required
We know that with time properties can become tired. When you work with us, we’ll update and upgrade your property. In some cases, we pay for the upgrades ourselves and in other cases we manage the upgrade on your behalf.
Professional Tenants
We work with a number of Clients who are looking to relocate their professional workers locally on a short or long-term basis. We carry out all the viewings, referencing and preparing of contracts etc. During this period of selecting suitable tenants, you are still paid your rent on time every time!
The Freedom of Having to Manage Your Property
We will take care of all the management and maintenance issues of your property for the duration of our agreement, this means you will never need to lift a finger nor speak to another tenant again, unless you want to!
We Pay all your Utility Bills
It can be stressful and time-consuming hanging on the telephone, for what seems like hours, opening/closing/changing/rearranging utility accounts. When you work with us, we take care of all the bills. You will no longer have to worry about paying bills. Now doesn’t that sound good! Should your tenants leave the heating and lights on for longer periods than necessary, you still don’t pay a penny as this will not affect you in any way whatsoever.
Your Property Will Be Kept In Excellent Condition
As we will need to ensure that your property or rooms are filled quickly when tenants vacate, it is in our interest to make sure that your property is always in a presentable condition for a new tenant or tenants to move in. We will take care of the initial refurbishment, if needed, and minor maintenance as well as paying for fortnightly cleaning of all communal areas.
Options at the End of our Agreement
Toward the end of our Agreement, you will have a few options available to you as follows.
i) The Property can be returned to your control.
ii) We can draft a new agreement for a further period, up to 5 years
ii) Should you wish to sell your property, we can make arrangements for KLM Real Estate to purchase your property.
